Healthcare Automation Announces New Management Team Warwick, RI (October 22, 2003) - Healthcare Automation, Inc. (HAI), an innovator in home healthcare software, announced a new ownership and management team focused on strengthening its position in the home care technology market. HAI's founder, Ken Pereira, and business partner, David Belhumeur , return to the company as co-owners with a clear strategy to meet growing customer demand for its two core businesses: software and billing services. "As home care providers are forced to manage their businesses on tighter margins, we have a tremendous opportunity to serve our large customer base and new partners in meeting the needs of sophisticated providers," explains Pereira. With the most modern software that serves infusion, home health and DME providers, the new owners see unlimited potential. The company will continue to be operated in two complementary divisions; leading the Software Division is Jennifer Keiser, a twelve year veteran of HAI, and the individual most instrumental in designing, building, and supporting HAI's most successful products. Leading the Reimbursement Center Division is Jeanne Lugli, a recognized expert on infusion and DME billing and collections.
