Technical Trainer / Project Manager

Healthcare Automation, Inc. (HAI), a leading provider of software to the nationwide home health care industry, is seeking Trainers/Project Managers for its rapidly growing business. Located in Warwick, Rhode Island, HAI has clients throughout the USA and is seeking experienced professionals in both employment and consulting positions to implement its software.

Primary responsibilities for this role include the ability to manage client implementations and to train clients on sophisticated home health care industry software, including the following:

• Travel 60%+ to manage software implementations at client sites across the U.S
• Deliver instructor-led training at client sites
• Work with clients to plan for data conversion, customization, and site specific training
• Record and track user support issues
• Act as the liaison between client and engineering/support teams
• Contribute to knowledge base and the development of FAQs based on user feedback
• Audit client sites to troubleshoot & identify ways of using the software more efficiently
• Simultaneously manage multiple client implementations

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of training, project management and client support experience
• Attention to detail, professional presentation skills, and the ability to work with complex projects
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects and meet critical deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred

Desired areas of experience:

• Working in or consulting to home health care industry (VNA, Home Infusion, and DME companies)
• Knowledge and experience with Home Health pharmacy operations
• Experience in Home Health billing and reimbursement.
